delivers these custom-tailored coverages to fit your particular event:
Coverage
Coverage for the loss of revenue or expenses due to cancellation, abandonment, curtailment, or rescheduling of an
event. Also provides coverage for reduced attendance to a continued event - full cancellation of an event is not
required.
5% Premium Credit
Given to Associations who are renewing or members of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Automatic Coverage for Events $75,000 or less
Coverage is extended to include unreported indoor events up to $75,000 during the policy term.
Commitments
Includes an additional 10% above limit of indemnity for commitments under vendor contracts such as hotel room
blocks or food & beverage commitments.
Terrorism Coverage Options
- Limited Option with threat - Includes up to 50% of limit to maximum of $500,000 within 25 miles of
event's venue for a period of 30 days. Includes threat of terrorism confirmed by local or
national government posing risk of physical loss, damage, bodily injury or death if the event had
proceeded.
- Extended Option - Includes full limit of indemnity within 25 miles of event's venue for a period of 30
days. Other options for time and distance are available upon request.
- TRIA - Terrorism Risk Insurance Act - Includes full limit of indemnity for terrorism incidents by foreign
interest occurring within the United States that is certified by the Secretary of the Treasury, State and
Attorney General of the US. Subject to signed Disclosure form.
Terrorism offers are subject to available capacity at time of binding.
Venue Damage
Includes coverage for losses due to terrorism at the venue up to 12-months prior to the scheduled start date of
the event.
Automatic Coverage for Requisition or Confiscation of the Venue
Coverage is extended to include up to $1,000,000 following the cancellation, abandonment, curtailment or rescheduling of an event due to the requisition or confiscation of the venue by local, national or federal government authorities.
Labor Disputes
Includes up to full limit of indemnity for strikes by airline, hotel or transit workers.
Earthquake Coverage
Includes up to the limit of indemnity for the hazards of earthquakes.
Physical Loss of Personal Property and Door Registration Receipts
Up to $150,000 for Business Personal Property while in transit to or from an event and at the venue. Up to $125,000
in Door Registration receipts at the event or while in route to the bank.
Automatic Coverage for Adverse Weather for Golf Outing & Hole-In One Coverage
Up to $100,000 for losses due to adverse weather conditions for Golf Tournaments and up to $25,000 Hole-In-One
prize indemnity.
Remedial Action & Extra Expenses
Reasonable and necessary extra costs to avoid or diminish a loss.
Non-Appearance of a Principal Speaker
Includes non-appearance of any Principal Speakers provided Speakers are scheduled on Policy.
Penalties for Failure to Vacate
Direct and necessary additional expenses incurred for failure to vacate venue facility on time. Excess of $10,000 in
expenses subject to carrier's approval.
National Mourning
Includes coverage for National Mourning for the President of the United States.
Automatic Coverage for Future Marketing Expenses
Coverage is extended to include up to $150,000 for your future marketing expenses following the cancellation, abandonment, curtailment or rescheduling of the event.
